The Gulf Aluminium Rolling MillCompany (GARMCO) of Bahrain required help to develop a new Production Mangement System. Essential Strategies, Inc. was retained to create the architecture for such a system. Phase One of this project created a requirements analysis report that entailed both a conceptual data model and a function hierarchy. The project encompassed the areas as human resources, product definition, marketing, sales, plannng, and production.

Phase two consisted of creating a design specification for the new system. This included a technical design overview and a database design.
